He started the work and finished the work when he said he would. There were some minor issues with the layout drawings and he corrected them without complaining and without any extra cost. Shane did some work for me at my cottage. He gave me a fixed price to do the work. The work was carried out in a timely professional manner and we were very satisfied with what he did for us.
